Autonomous vehicles / Field service

Turning mechanical complexity into service-ready procedures.

A documentation workflow for repair, retrofit, inspection, and maintenance content used in a safety-critical service environment.

Context

Engineering changes arrived through CAD data, specifications, validation notes, and conversations with mechanical and field-service teams. The content had to be accurate, controlled, and usable at the point of repair.

My contribution

I scoped changes, interviewed experts, authored task-based DITA topics, created CAD-derived illustrations, applied warnings and torque specifications, and managed reviews through release.

Medical technology / Product & API

Making connected surgical workflows easier to understand.

User-centered documentation for applications that synchronize medical images and video with a cloud platform.

Context

Users needed to understand connected application workflows, platform behavior, and integrations within a regulated medical-device environment.

My contribution

I partnered with engineering, product, and UX, mapped user workflows, tested API behavior, participated in technical reviews, and aligned documentation with Agile releases.

Structured maintenance content for complex aircraft systems, developed to rigorous industry standards.

Context

Engineering data, BOM histories, schematics, and technical changes had to become dependable instructions for aircraft maintenance teams.

My contribution

I worked with engineering SMEs, authored structured procedures, created technical illustrations, and managed revision, approval, and release controls for technical publications.
