I work where engineering accuracy meets real-world usability.

My process starts by understanding the system, the user, and the consequence of getting an instruction wrong. I collaborate closely with engineers, field service teams, product managers, UX partners, and subject-matter experts.

Then I shape what I learn into structured, findable content that supports the task at hand. My experience spans field service procedures, controlled aerospace publications, medical software, API documentation, and enterprise workflows.

I hold an MS in Information Technology Management from Golden Gate University and a BS in Computer Science.
